NUTRITIONAL ADVICE
Green leafy vegetables are rich in folate (B9) to which many beneficial
properties have been attributed. Several epidemiological studies have suggested an inverse association between folate intake and status and the risk of colorectal, lung, pancreatic, esophageal, stomach, cervical, ovarian, breast, bladder, and other cancers.
Kale is rich in nutrients like lutein, folate and vitamin K that help fight
inflammation and slow cognitive decline.
