Protein Pancakes

  • Ingredients: 1 packet chocolate or vanilla OptiFuel, 1 ripe banana, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder.
  • Instructions: Mash banana, mix with eggs, protein powder, and baking powder. Cook in a non-stick skillet.

Protein Oats

  • Ingredients: 1 packet chocolate or vanilla OptiFuel, 1 cup oats, 1 cup milk or water.
  • Instructions: Cook oats with liquid, then stir in protein powder. Add toppings like banana or berries.

Protein Mug Cake

  • Ingredients: 1 packet chocolate or vanilla OptiFuel, 2 tbsp almond flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 egg, splash of milk.
  • Instructions: Mix ingredients in a mug, microwave for 1–2 minutes until firm.

Protein Smoothie

  • Ingredients: 1 packet chocolate or vanilla OptiFuel, 1/2 cup almond flour, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 cup applesauce, 1 egg.
  • Instructions: Mix ingredients, pour into baking dish, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15–20 minutes.

  • Ingredients: 1 packet chocolate or vanilla OptiFuel, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp honey.
  • Instructions: Mix ingredients and freeze for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

  • Ingredients: 1 packet chocolate or vanilla OptiFuel, 1 cup oats, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1 mashed banana.
  • Instructions: Mix ingredients, pour into muffin tin, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.

Protein Pudding

  • Ingredients: 1 packet chocolate or vanilla OptiFuel, 1/2 avocado, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 cup milk or almond milk.
  • Instructions: Blend until smooth, refrigerate before serving.
