This was purchased for my husband to drink before his surgery. He said it tastes great and I am sure it will help with his recovery. (He has the chocolate flavor) The customer service was excellent. I made a mistake with my order and they fixed it quickly. We are very satisfied with our purchase and very happy with how we were treated.

I ordered the vanilla flavor. I'm not sure if there's a critical ingredient in this that would make it taste bad no matter what was done, but there are so many good tasting protein drinks out there that it's hard to understand. And I am not a picky eater. This--and the high cost--means i would not recommend it.

I was disappointed that it had whey in it as well as sugar. The taste was good and it has many nutrients, especially protein.

Even though I purchased 28 days ago, I just started taking. So, too early to judge.
