Complete Surgical Nutrition CHOCOLATE flavor is delicious . I added a banana to it and it satisfied my sweet tooth while helping me nutritionally ! My shoulder replacement surgery is my 5th joint replacement and it is my first time using C,S.N, I have not felt as good or healed so fast before. I highly recommend using it

Overfilled

I also wanted to mention that I weighed every packet like I always do to measure macros. Every packet so far has been overweight so just be careful if you are counting macros/cals, etc

Great product!

I’ve used lots of different whey proteins. This product contains more vitamins and minerals than the product I usually use. I don’t actually use it as a shake. I mix it with Fage Greek yogurt. Product is a bit on sweet side for me so the Greek yogurt balances that out. Would love to see a stevia-sweetened version of this product.

A Better Shake

I LOVE the convenience of OPTIFUEL and used it to replace lunch daily. I added a banana & some ice and used a mini blinder to mix. It turned the powder into a frothy, rich "milk shake" style beverage. Try it - You'll like it!!

A gift!

I ordered a kit including a glucose monitor and WOW, I wish I would have done this sooner. It was a great learning experience to see how different foods effected my blood sugar and how the peaks crashes made me feel. Optifuel smoothies did not spike my blood glucose levels. I feel as if my surgeon has given me a gift by referring me to CSN because I now know much more about how my body works. Very interesting and helpful.
