It was very filling. A complete meal. Chocolate was good.

I was pleasantly surprised with the taste as I am not a big fan of the taste of whey products. I prefer it with milk. I have also mixed it with crystal light flavors, it's very good with strawberry lemonade, to add some variety. My only disappointment, and why it's not a 5 star review, is the vanilla gets monotonous and I wish they sold a vanilla/chocolate case or allowed you to have both flavors with the 3 box purchase.

As recommended by my surgeon I started taking complete surgical nutrition two weeks prior to my surgery. I also took the Opticharge the night before surgery. I am one week out from surgery and so far so good! I just ordered another months worth. I'm looking forward to seeing how my muscles do with this. Thank you so much for what you were doing!

I've been taking this gut about 20 days. I can't see that is had made a difference, at least, not yet.
The shaker does work well, so I use my Ninja.
When you mix the product with the recommended amount of water, it's about 22 ounces. I usually can't finish all of it.
I don't like the taste at all. It's really hard to get down, and there's an unpleasant aftertaste.

Would like another flavor. Getting tired of chocolate daily.
Don’t need the lemon packets after surgery so would appreciate replacing them with the chocolate.
